GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years with a major focus on extending Sales & Marketing functions mostly in the USA and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager
- Organize and moderate high-quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team
- Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary
- Assess competencies & values fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, CBI, organizing tests, and conducting role-plays)
- Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages
- Maintain project documentation and analytics
- Partner with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with the top talent
- Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns
- Provide excellent candidate experience
- Set up partnerships with business domains, engaging with talent communities
- Manage projects across EMEA, the USA, LATAM
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in hiring sales professionals globally
- Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects
- Experience with international recruitment in one or multiple regions
- Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behavior
- Understanding of international sourcing principles
- Rapport and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (C2)

- Interest in closing other non-tech positions

- Screening call with the TA Specialist (45 mins)
- Role play with the TA Lead (60 mins)
- Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)
- Case study (2-3 hours)
