Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to process payroll for large multinational companies using ADP / SAP Global View Application. This role requires analytical skills, experience with large datasets, and basic accounting skills to maintain payroll-related accounting. The ideal candidate will use soft skills to provide world-class client service, ensuring they become promoters of ADP. The role involves problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve payroll-related challenges. Knowledge of in-country payroll legislation and staying compliant with legislative changes is essential. Being abreast with changes in HR operations and new ways of working relationships between Employer and Employee is also crucial.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for large multinational companies using ADP / SAP Global View Application.
• Provide world-class client service.
• Utilize analytical skills and work with large datasets.
• Maintain payroll-related accounting using basic accounting skills.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related challenges.
• Stay updated with legislative changes and HR operations.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll or HR processing.
• Experience with payroll software such as Global View / SAP.
• Education background in commerce, accounting, or statistics is helpful.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions.
