About the Position

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to process payroll for large multinational companies using ADP / SAP Global View Application. This role requires analytical skills, experience with large datasets, and basic accounting knowledge to maintain payroll-related accounting. The ideal candidate will use their soft skills to provide exceptional client service, ensuring they become promoters of ADP. The role involves problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve payroll-related challenges, staying knowledgeable about in-country payroll legislation, and keeping up-to-date with legislative changes and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for large multinational companies using ADP / SAP Global View Application.
- Provide world-class client service.
- Utilize analytical skills and work with large datasets.
- Use basic accounting skills to maintain payroll-related accounting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related challenges.
- Stay knowledgeable about in-country payroll legislation.
- Keep up-to-date with legislative changes and HR operations.
Requirements
- Experience in payroll or HR processing.
- Experience with payroll software such as Global View / SAP.
- Education background in commerce, accounting, or statistics is helpful.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions.
