About the Position

GWS Entry Program

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our GWS Entry Program for Wind Turbine Technicians. Start your career with us in Europe and become a part of one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world.

Responsibilities

• Work according to the specifics of the team to which you will be assigned, based on the results of the Entry Program (e.g., pre-assembly / main installation / finishing)
• Follow work instructions and orders from the leader/site manager
• Participate in toolboxes and GWS campaigns
• Engage in a continuous learning process "in action" on site under the supervision of experienced technicians
• Ensure safety and the highest quality of work at every step

Requirements

• Technical skills and interests (e.g., in mechanics, electrics, automotive, energy, construction)
• Education profile: mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related
• Fit to work and not afraid of heights
• Willingness to travel and work abroad in rotations: 6 weeks x 2 weeks
• Speaks English – ready to participate in a job interview and training in English
• Valid and active driving license cat. B and passport
• Ability to work in a team and openness to meeting new people
• Readiness to learn a new profession from scratch
