About the Position

We are looking for a Production Quality Engineer to join our team in Hatvan, Hungary. The role involves managing internal and customer complaints, coordinating measures to reduce waste and quality costs, and actively participating in daily quality meetings.

Responsibilities

• Handling and coordinating internal and customer complaints.
• Coordinating measures aimed at reducing waste and quality costs.
• Actively participating in daily quality meetings.
• Collaborating with manufacturing, development, and support areas.
• Actively participating in structured problem-solving (8D).
• Managing quality locks and unlocks.
• Leading quality improvement projects.
• Monitoring quality indicators and initiating improvement measures.

Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably with a specialization in quality assurance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality management is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Quality-focused mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Agile, proactive, and independent work approach.
• Openness to new challenges and a desire for continuous improvement.
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility.
• Decisive action and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in applying structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Why) is advantageous.
