HAP_HLL_Customer Service (Chinese)

Hai Phong, Vietnam

Responsibilities

• Receive samples, check test request forms, and verify sample sizes
• Register job numbers (VNHL & BOSS no.), prepare quotations, and send them to clients
• Clarify unclear information about the KAM program
• Check client payment status (contract or in advance) and follow up on debts
• Handle client inquiries (collect information from the related team)
• Handle revised reports as requested by clients
• Handle internal queries on order status
• Prepare monthly/weekly summaries for account handling
• Perform other assignments as requested

Requirements

• University level or higher
• Good communication and office skills
• Proficiency in Chinese, basic English
