About the Position

Hardware Customer Project Lead (f/m/div.)

Join Bosch as a Hardware Customer Project Lead, where you will manage technical projects for the automotive industry and contribute to shaping the future of mobility.

Responsibilities

• Working together with software, system, project management, and Hardware teams;
• Keeping contact with multiple customers worldwide;
• Agreement of project targets with customers and regular reporting of project status to customers and management;
• Keeping contact with Management, Project Management, and SE-Team, cooperating with international, cross-functional teams including sales, manufacturing, quality, technical purchasing, controlling, etc.;
• Responsible for project planning, cost tracking, and task management for the hardware domain;
• Responsible for planning, tracking, and releasing hardware changes;
• Support Electrical, EMC, and Environmental validation;
• Apply project management tools like quality management, change management, and risk management to ensure project success.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in electrical, mechanical engineering, or comparable;
• Proven experience in managing technical projects for the automotive industry or similar;
• Good technical skills and motivation to solve technical challenges;
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new environments;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions;
• Target, process, and quality orientation;
• Fluent in English / German desirable.
