About the Position

You will join our Sustaining & Engineering Excellence department based in Budapest, Hungary in the position of: Hardware Electronics Engineer.

About the Role

As a Hardware Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cost-effective analog audio electronics products. You will work across the full product development lifecycle, from concept and design to validation and testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will contribute to innovative RF and audio solutions while ensuring high performance and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

  • Design analog audio electronics and related hardware components (e.g., amplifiers, filters, ADC/DAC circuits, power supplies)
  • Develop engineering specifications and define parameters, values, and tolerances
  • Perform hands-on PCB soldering and laboratory activities
  • Conduct product validation measurements and create test reports
  • Design and execute electrical, EMC, and thermal tests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, quality, process engineering) and external vendors
  • Support manufacturability, cost optimization, and performance improvement
  • Plan and execute tasks according to product development project plans

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in product development
  • Strong knowledge of electronics hardware design, implementation, and testing
  • Good understanding of schematics and electrical drawings
  • Experience with measurement, validation, and testing processes
  • Intermediate English skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RF devices and audio-related hardware design
  • Experience in EMC and thermal testing
  • Experience working in cross-functional product development teams
