Hardware Integratie & Embedded Software Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Hardware Integratie & Embedded Software Engineer for our organization in Utrecht, focusing on developing and integrating complex IT and communication systems. You will work on innovative solutions where applications, hardware, infrastructure, and system integration come together.

Responsibilities

• Performing hardware integrations of communication equipment.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, test, and integrate systems.
• Contributing to embedded software development and working on technical improvements.
• Preparing clear and structured development and design documentation.
• Identifying technical bottlenecks and proposing improvement suggestions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware integration of communication equipment.
• A higher education degree in IT and/or electrical engineering.
• Affinity with (and preferably experience in) systems engineering and system integration within IT environments where hardware, applications, and infrastructure converge.
• Demonstrable knowledge of embedded software.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of embedded software development.
• Experience in preparing development documentation, such as design and integration documents.
