About the Position

We are currently looking for a Haustechniker (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team at the Schadow Arkaden. If you are passionate about technical and building modernization, maintenance, and safety, we want you on board!
Responsibilities
- Accompanying technical and building modernization measures
- Performing maintenance and inspection tasks, as well as safety checks
- Acting as the central contact for our rental partners and external service providers
- Managing and monitoring building management systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical system issues
- Ensuring building safety in compliance with fire protection regulations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or HVAC
- Cross-trade knowledge in the areas of HVAC, electrical systems, and fire protection
- Confident, customer-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work shifts and be on-call
- Friendly and proactive attitude, with strong teamwork and commitment
