About GSS

As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. About the Role

The focus for this role will be to manage, support, and enhance the DNV HR applications and participate in GSS IT projects related to HR processes ensuring alignment and cooperation with the HR community and the DNV overall system landscape. DNV is utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud platform including different PaaS services and Seertech’s iLearning Plus as a global HR system. There are large opportunities and possibilities to participate both in the operation and initiatives implementing further modules. Main Tasks

  • Responsible for executing technical 2nd level application support for the DNV HR application environment mainly running on Oracle HCM Cloud, with focus on Oracle HCM BIP reporting solution.
  • Support scenarios including deep problem analysis, alignment with the vendor, and communication with users and other teams in GSS IT.
  • Develop and support BIP based complex reports, automated triggers and notifications as well as data extracts.
  • Design and govern all security related aspects of reporting and extraction of HR data.
  • Provide consulting services to the HR Business in terms of reporting, HR data security, and data extraction.
  • Participate in projects related to our HR applications and IT systems.

Requirements

Personal Qualifications

  • Professional experience in HR reporting solutions, e.g. transactional or BI analytics
  • SQL proficiency
  • Expertise regarding application and/or data security
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud environment, especially in BI publisher reports, data extracts, fast formula design
  • If possible, experience in integrations principles specifically focused on data exchange
  • Understanding of HR and related business processes
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to tight deadlines
  • Organised and proactive
  • Strong analytical expertise and capacity of solving problems
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and is team-oriented
  • “Hands-on” mentality
  • Good networking and interpersonal skills, also across cultures and organizational boundaries
  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English
