HCS Enterprise Architect - ISD Clinical Systems

UNC Health Care is seeking a dedicated HCS Enterprise Architect for ISD Clinical Systems to join their team in Morrisville, NC. This role is pivotal in leading complex Enterprise Architecture Review projects and ensuring the success of enterprise-level application rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Assist other IT teams with system selection and lead the technical evaluation of products/tools.
• Develop and maintain clear, understandable review documentation.
• Evaluate requests and consult in design for new or modified computer programs.
• Function as a technical expert and trusted advisor to the health system.
• Update management and stakeholders on progress regarding assigned tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• Seven (7) years of direct experience if a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Five years of direct experience in working with large, multi-hospital systems.
• Cloud architecture experience, particularly with Azure.
• Integration experience (Rest APIs/FHIR) is a plus.
• Background in a previous clinical role in a major service area is a plus.
