Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Think new, act fast, and out of the box to provide the right solutions to customers for new applications and new business development.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for existing and new products to customers for proper industrialization.
- Collaboration: Directly involved with Sales colleagues, Global Marketing heads, Application technology Heads/Plants to get the desired product strategy for India.
- Training & Development: Train and develop the sales team and distributor sales persons involved.
- Marketing Programs: Manage day-to-day marketing programs and activities to meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot at customer sites and coordinate with regional sales managers.
- Presentations: Present papers in various forums like universities, conferences, and seminars.
Requirements
- Education: MS/Tech in Rubber/Polymer technology with a relevant field. A PhD is an added advantage.
- Experience: 15 years plus experience.
- Skills:
- Technical knowledge of Rubber Chemicals & additives/End product application in Tyre & TRG/Latex/Footwear Segments.
- CRM/IBP planning in SAP knowledge.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Handling team and coordination experience with senior industry people.
