We are currently seeking a Head of Affiliate to build the department and set up all the processes.
Responsibilities
- Designing a scalable Affiliate Program in alignment with company objectives.
- Construct the Affiliate department from the ground up.
- Recruit the team with the assistance of the HR department.
- Implement all necessary tools and software to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Recruit affiliates to enhance traffic acquisition.
- Analyze traffic quality.
- Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and pertinent metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the affiliate program remains competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align affiliate initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, setting clear objectives and expectations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the affiliate industry, minimum 3 years with iGaming.
- B2 level of English.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
- Team management skills at a high level.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Own partners database in the determined industry.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
