About the Position
Head of Affiliates
An international iGaming holding, rapidly expanding across global markets and redefining B2B tech in the iGaming industry, is on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Affiliates to drive performance and scale strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a high-performing affiliate unit
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners
- Craft and execute affiliate growth strategies to drive scalable traffic
- Refine internal affiliate workflows for optimal performance
- Be fully accountable for affiliate revenue streams and KPIs
- Represent the brand at major conferences, expos, and industry gatherings
Requirements
- Proven track record (2+ years) in leading affiliate operations
- Solid expertise in affiliate marketing within the iGaming space
- In-depth knowledge of Asian market dynamics
- Proficiency in English - both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for negotiation and high-level planning
Nice to Have
- Experience managing affiliate profit and loss reports
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced team environment
