Head of AI Solutions

We are moving from delivering engineering capacity to delivering AI-powered business outcomes and we are looking for the person who will help lead that shift.

Salary Range: €5000 – €8000

Responsibilities

• Leadership: This is a leadership role for a builder. You will build on an existing team of experienced senior AI engineers, first AI solutions, and a company with real delivery power.
• Business Value: Your mission is to turn AI from potential into business value.
• Client Engagement: You will work directly with enterprise clients, sales teams, and our AI engineers. Your role is to turn business problems into AI solutions that can be scoped, sold, delivered, and measured.
• Clarity and Speed: You will lead through clarity, business understanding, technical credibility, speed, and ownership.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing technology role: IT consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, delivery leadership, or technical product management.
• AI Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of modern AI: LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation, and AI-enabled software delivery.
• Commercial Instinct: You understand that a good solution must be valuable, sellable, deliverable, and profitable.
• Client Credibility: Credibility in front of enterprise clients - you ask sharp questions and create clarity under pressure.
• Location: Based in Bulgaria.

• Business Process Understanding: You understand business processes quickly.
• AI Use Case Development: You can turn vague client ideas into clear AI use cases, structured requirements, and realistic delivery plans.
• Leadership Skills: You can lead technical people without pretending to be the best engineer in the room.
• Structured Approach: You know how to bring structure into uncertainty.
• Communication: You can speak with business stakeholders in the morning and align with senior engineers in the afternoon.
• Action-Oriented: You prefer shipped solutions over long discussions.
• Ownership: You want ownership.
