About the Position
Head of Analytics Taiwan and Hong Kong
Taipei, Taipei, Taiwan
About the Role
As Head of Analytics Taiwan & Hong Kong, you will lead the Networks analytics team and turn network and service-delivery data into actions that improve efficiency, customer outcomes, and business performance.
You will connect telecom expertise with AI and automation, set the analytics agenda, strengthen team capability, and scale insight-led ways of working across both markets. You report to the Head of Networks Taiwan & Hong Kong and join the Networks leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Define the analytics strategy in line with Networks priorities, customer needs, and Ericsson's transformation agenda.
- Lead, coach, and develop analytics, data, and automation professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Turn complex data into recommendations, executive insights, and measurable actions.
- Drive practical adoption of AI, advanced analytics, automation, and reusable data products across network and service-delivery processes.
- Establish governance for data quality, security, model risk, responsible AI, and analytical-solution lifecycle.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to improve network performance, resilience, customer experience, and value realization.
- Prioritize scalable, explainable use cases; create common metrics and performance routines; and collaborate with regional and global teams.
- Communicate trade-offs to senior stakeholders and track impact through efficiency, quality, service performance, adoption, and customer value.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading analytics, data, business intelligence, automation, or transformation teams, preferably in telecom or complex service delivery.
- Strong understanding of mobile and/or fixed networks, service delivery, network performance, or telecom customer environments.
- Experience applying AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or automation to operational or customer problems.
- Proven ability to lead established teams, develop talent, and influence across organizational boundaries.
- Experience translating strategy into roadmaps and prioritizing use cases by value, feasibility, risk, and adoption.
- Strong commercial orientation, data-governance knowledge, responsible-AI awareness, and excellent communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English and ability to work with stakeholders in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Local-language capability is an advantage.
Leadership Profile
You are a hands-on, outcome-oriented leader who moves between strategy, people leadership, customer conversations, and technical decisions. You build trust through clarity and delivery, simplify complexity, make sound decisions with imperfect information, and lead inclusively across cultures and markets. You bring customer focus, business judgment, telecom credibility, operational curiosity, and high standards for data quality, ethics, and security.
