This role requires a hands-on understanding of AWS architectures and the ability to influence technology strategy across multiple clients and sectors.
Responsibilities

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AWS architects and engineers
- Drive pre-sales and solution design for major AWS opportunities
- Create thought leadership, reusable assets, and propositions that differentiate EPAM in the cloud market
- Ensure alignment between architectural solutions, security standards, and client business goals
Requirements
- Extensive AWS architecture experience with credibility to guide design decisions (10+ years in technology)
- Current expertise in AI and GenAI services on AWS and their application to client solutions
- Proven leadership in building and managing senior technical teams
- Track record of shaping, estimating, and winning cloud engagements in pre-sales environments
- Commercial acumen with familiarity of consulting operating models and P&L impact
- Experience working with AWS partner programs and competency frameworks
- AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional), with Specialty certifications desirable
- Excellent communication skills for engaging engineers, senior clients, and AWS partner teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting or systems integration environments
- Multi-cloud exposure (Azure, GCP) and ability to position AWS in hybrid estates
- Sector experience in financial services, life sciences, retail, or public sector
We Offer
- Opportunity to work in a hybrid role in the UK
- Be part of a leading team in AWS technology
- Chance to drive innovation in AI and GenAI services
