About the Position
Head of Business Analysis & Reporting
Kyiv, Ukraine
KYIVSTAR Київстар – Finance
Full-time / Hybrid
Responsibilities
· Management and coordination of reporting systems, analytical diagnostics of the company's business, its strategic directions.
· Monitoring the achievement of planned indicators, preparation of post-launch initiatives and development of business recommendations for corrective actions, identification of operations, identification of opportunities to improve the efficiency of the company's activities, processes, and tools in collaboration with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
· Assistance to the company's top management in major strategic projects, conducting their assessment from an economic and financial point of view for maximum market potential utilization.
· Contribution to achieving the company's key business goals and commercial business units through the development and support of analytical reporting, operational diagnostics, development of analytical tools in accordance with the business strategy.
· Development of a methodology for analyzing key commercial initiatives of the Company.
· Analysis and support of a multi-channel integrated approach, analysis of the profitability of service delivery channels, conducting an assessment of the effectiveness of marketing activities and projects, and providing feedback. Analysis of the impact and effectiveness of each service delivery/marketing activity channel and providing recommendations for optimizing investments.
· Training of analysts, organization of the analytical function, control of the results of analysts' work.
Requirements
· Comprehensive strategic understanding of the company's business.
· Team management experience.
· Developed analytical skills (ability to analyze complex, large data sets and make analytical conclusions and recommendations) and provide diagnostic conclusions for management decision-making.
· Ability to present results and plans at the top management level, critically analyze the company's business, and influence corrective actions at the top management and headquarters level.
· Ability to work in a multitasking environment, developed skills in building business partnerships with clients, and developed communication skills.
· Results-oriented, responsible for implementing changes, ability to learn quickly.
· Experience in an international environment.
· Experience in business negotiations.
· Confident use of SQL.
· Experience in analyzing CVM campaigns.
· Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
· MS Office programs: confident user of MS Excel and PowerPoint (presentations, reports, think-cell).
· Ability to work with Jira.
· English - fluent.
