Job description
About the Position
Head of Change & Tech (Fraud/Risk &AML)
About the Role
Our FRAM (Fraud, Risk Management & AML) function keeps LeoVegas safe, compliant, and ready to grow across every market we operate in. As Head of FRAM Change & Tech, you will lead the function's change, automation, and technology agenda, turning a wide range of improvement ideas into one clear, prioritized, and delivered portfolio. Reporting to the Director of FRAM, you will set a multi-year automation ambition that reshapes how FRAM works, rather than simply improving it step by step. While the role starts without direct reports, it is designed to grow into a leadership position, with a team of change and automation specialists built over time through internal moves and new hires.
You will work as a peer with Product & Technology leadership to secure FRAM's place on company-wide roadmaps, partner with our PIA team to identify and business-case automation and AI-enabled solutions, and work closely with FRAM operational leaders, Compliance, Legal, and Commercial. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a regulated, multi-market business scales its fraud, risk, and AML operations, making sure FRAM is never the constraint on new products, markets, or regulation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize FRAM's change, technology, and automation portfolio, including a multi-year automation strategy
- Manage the FRAM priority backlog end-to-end, with transparent tracking and clear accountability for outcomes
- Track and report benefits realization, showing value delivered against value promised to the Director and senior leadership
- Represent FRAM as a peer in Product & Technology roadmap, resourcing, and governance forums
- Identify and business-case automation opportunities with P&T and PIA to reduce manual effort, risk, and cost-to-serve
- Lead readiness planning for new regulatory requirements, products, and markets across all licensed jurisdictions from FRAM
- Act as the senior escalation point for cross-functional delivery risks and blockers
- Build and grow a team of change and automation specialists over time, embedding change management as a core discipline across FRAM
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Significant experience leading change portfolios, including prioritization, governance, business cases, and benefits realization
- Deep understanding of fraud, risk, and AML operating models, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or another regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of automation, AI/ML, and workflow platforms, enough to set direction and hold technology partners accountable
- Excellent senior stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, including with Product and Technology leaders
- Proven experience building and leading a team of specialists and driving a delivery-focused culture
Nice to Haves
- Experience of regulatory readiness planning across multiple licensed markets, such as differing KYC requirements
- A recognized change or portfolio management qualification (e.g., Prosci, MSP, PRINCE2, or Agile)
We Offer
- Hybrid work policy
- 4 weeks of Workation (T&C apply)
- Well-being allowance to support your active lifestyle
- Private health insurance
- Discounts across a range of retailers, gyms, bars & restaurants
- We offer an employee assistance program that can provide help and guidance during challenging moments
