About the Position

Head of Collection

We are seeking a Head of Collection to lead our debt recovery strategies and team in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for debt recovery and manage the collection department.
• Develop, implement, support, and improve software products to optimize debt recovery processes.
• Work with staff, analyze, and develop motivational systems to improve staff efficiency and implement staff retention programs.
• Organize and control the collection process.
• Meet planned collection targets for problematic debts.
• Prepare statistical information and analytics for their function.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in credit-financial institutions in team lead or collection manager positions.
• Knowledge of key metrics for analyzing the effectiveness of the remote debt collection department.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to clearly set requirements and technical tasks for IT.
• Willingness to travel extensively to Vietnam.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Mediatel Date (Ability to create/manage Outbound/Inbound companies, set up and analyze call rules, generate call result reports).
