Ти формуватимеш стратегічну комунікацію EdEra, посилюватимеш її репутацію в медіа, працюватимеш з журналістами, партнерами, лідерами думок і командою контенту, щоб про наші продукти та експертизу знало якомога більше людей.

Responsibilities

• розробка та реалізація комунікаційної та PR-стратегії компанії;
• побудова системної присутності EdEra у медіа, підготовка та пітчинг колонок / статей;
• формування бренд-меседжів і tone of voice компанії, управління публічним іміджем;
• розвиток і координування команди відділу комунікацій (контент, SMM, комʼюніті);
• налагодження взаємодії зі ЗМІ, блогерами, лідерами думок, партнерами;
• розробка та реалізація PR-кампаній, спецпроєктів, креативних колаборацій;
• розвиток персонального бренду СЕО та топменеджерів;
• управління кризовими комунікаціями;
• аналітика ефективності комунікаційних активностей і постійне вдосконалення стратегії.
• пітчинг спікерів від команди до участі в івентах, подіях, панельних дискусіях та підготовка їх до цих виступів.

Requirements

• Досвід роботи у сфері стратегічних комунікацій, PR або бренд-комунікацій від 5 років.
• Досвід управління командою та побудови процесів.
• Вміння працювати з медіа, створювати інфоприводи, формувати публічні наративи.
• Перевагою буде напрацьована база теплих контактів з медіа, інфлюенсерами та блогерами.
• Стратегічне мислення, креативність і системність.
• Розуміння digital-комунікацій, контент-маркетингу.
• Розуміння політичної ситуації в країні, активна громадянська позиція.
• Рівень англійської Upper-Intermediate+.
• Відкритість, структурність і лідерські навички.
• Проживання в Києві, змога відвідувати офлайн-зустрічі та події.

Nice to Have

• маєш досвід в EdTech, культурному або соціальному секторі;
• маєш досвід роботи з міжнародними організаціями або глобальними комунікаційними кампаніями.
