About the Position

TAMGA is an international fintech company that provides technological and marketing solutions for the financial sector. Our mission is to increase financial knowledge among people and make financial products simple and accessible.

We are looking for a talented Head of Content to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop content sections on websites.
• Increase the number of users engaging with content, time spent on content pages, and overall engagement.
• Supervise the work of content managers and SEO specialists to increase organic traffic.
• Boost conversion from traffic to leads from content sections (applications and content newsletter subscriptions).
• Create and implement a reputation management strategy.
• Oversee the creation of sales landing pages on behalf of the digital marketing team.
• Develop the project's YouTube channels. YouTube channel development strategy, searching for performers to create videos, scope of responsibilities, and control of their work, video optimization, and analytics.
• Social media network development strategy. Supervision of SMM specialists' work.
• Build comprehensive content analytics (determining the effectiveness of different types of content and how they help in the final sale, i.e., number of clicks, related conversions, registrations, content newsletter subscriptions, etc.).

Requirements

• Experience in managing a team of copywriters and content managers or journalistic experience or experience in writing sales texts or experience in promoting a content project or individual content sections of a service;
• Fluent knowledge of Polish at a native speaker level;

Nice to Have

• Good SEO background and understanding of search algorithms (the question "Why is this or that text higher in search results?" should not be difficult for you);
• Experience with SEM and reputation management;
• Experience in creating landing pages, conversion analysis, and A/B testing;
• Experience with analytical systems, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.;
• Basic understanding of UI/UX, infostyle, AIDA;
