Responsibilities

• Leadership and mentorship of the team, support of projects, and professional development;
• Planning, distribution, and control of team work;
• Development and implementation of machine learning models;
• Collaboration with the business to transform goals into analytical solutions;
• Development of services with the team;
• Adherence to development standards, including code reviews;
• Support of the knowledge assessment process and participation in interviews;
• Regular feedback and meetings with the team;
• Approval of team leave, sick leave, and absences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science;
• At least 3 years of experience in FinTech projects;
• Confident knowledge of Python and practical skills in writing code;
• Ability to set goals, monitor performance, and support the team;
• Experience in team management: planning, motivation, discipline, delegation;
• Ability to solve complex analytical tasks;
• Willingness to improve existing solutions, develop the team, and share knowledge.

How We Interact with Candidates:
