Responsibilities
- Leadership and mentorship of the team, project support, and professional development.
- Planning, distribution, and control of team work.
- Development and implementation of machine learning models.
- Collaboration with the business to transform goals into analytical solutions.
- Development of services with the team.
- Adherence to development standards, including code reviews.
- Support of the knowledge assessment process and participation in interviews.
- Regular feedback and meetings with the team.
- Approval of team leave, sick leave, and absences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science.
- At least 3 years of experience in FinTech projects.
- Confident knowledge of Python and practical coding skills.
- Ability to set goals, monitor performance, and support the team.
- Experience in team management: planning, motivation, discipline, delegation.
- Ability to solve complex analytical tasks.
- Willingness to improve existing solutions, develop the team, and share knowledge.

About the Company
