Head of DEI - UK
Join Stefanini North America And APAC as Head of DEI in London, UK. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and manage DEI programs to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and employees to promote DEI best practices.
- Monitor and report on DEI metrics and outcomes.
- Provide training and resources to support DEI goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a DEI leadership role.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.

- Competitive salary: £52,000 - £104,000 / year
