About the Position
Elastic is seeking a Head of DEI - UK to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in their London office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed DEI principles into all aspects of the business.
- Develop and implement DEI programs, policies, and practices that foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor and report on DEI metrics and outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Act as a DEI champion and advocate within the organization and externally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a DEI leadership role.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
