About the Position
Ciklum is hiring a Head of DEI - UK for their Product department in London. This is a full-time position with onsite work requirements. Competitive compensation is offered.
Responsibilities
As the Head of DEI - UK, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy for the UK branch.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement DEI initiatives.
- Reporting to the senior management team on DEI progress and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a DEI leadership role.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
