About the Position
Head of DEI - US
Join Electromontaj as the Head of DEI - US in the Finance department, based in Washington. This is a full-time, onsite role with competitive compensation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy for the US operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to integrate DEI principles across all business functions.
- Develop and implement DEI training programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on DEI metrics and progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in DEI leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at the executive level.
