About the Position
Ciklum is currently seeking a Head of DEI - US for their Finance department in Washington. This role offers a competitive compensation package and is based onsite.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy for the US operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DEI initiatives.
- Monitor and report on DEI metrics and progress.
