About the Position
We are seeking a Head of DEI for our US team to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement DEI strategies and initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and deliver DEI training programs and workshops.
- Monitor and report on DEI metrics and progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a DEI leadership role.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
