Head of DevSecOps

About the Position

We are seeking a Head of DevSecOps to lead our Security and DevOps teams in Krakow, Poland. Drive high reliability and availability for our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage our Security and DevOps teams creating a high-performance and customer-focused culture
• Strengthen our security posture and maintain our standards of excellence and world-class certifications
• Drive High Reliability and Availability meeting and exceeding our 99.9% uptime KPI
• Enhance our Developer Experience and drive Operational Efficiency across the entire organization
• Budget Excellence, managing capacity forecasting allowing us to identify key strategic areas to invest

Requirements

• Customer focus, drive impact for your customers above all other concerns
• Great leadership skills and ability to create a vision to drive team impact and culture
• Strong hands-on engineering/DevOps background in early career
• Deep technical understanding of core domains:
  • Networking
  • Kubernetes
  • Cloud
  • Performance Optimization
• 5+ years of experience in the following:
  • Managing and building high-performance teams
  • Running large cloud infrastructure spanning multiple data centers
  • Working cross-functionally with the business to drive excellence in DevOps
