We are seeking a Head of Engineering Department to lead our engineering team in an international automotive manufacturing company, focusing on productivity and quality.

Responsibilities
- Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work;
- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and to integrate engineering activities;
- Ensure work procedures and manufacturing methods lead towards increasing of productivity at work and are realized in a correct, standardized manner;
- Direct, review, and approve product designs, technical specifications, and changes;
- Provide technical analysis of projects, including preliminary design, layout, duration calculations, costs, and selection of necessary equipment;
- Plan and direct installation, testing, operation, maintenance of equipment;
- Establish and coordinate execution of continuous improvement plans for quality, productivity, costs, and ergonomics;
- Approve preparation and reading of visual aids;
- Supervise inventory of technical means and usage of tools;
- Collaborate with other departments in finding the best technological solutions for the existing problems and propose change procedures in production.
