Attendi develops smart, AI-driven software for healthcare. The technology processes over one million reports for healthcare professionals monthly. The goal? Less time behind the screen and more genuine attention for the client. With around 25 employees and ambitious growth plans, Attendi is in full development.

Your mission?

You will build a financial organization that can handle growth. You will ensure reliable figures, efficient processes, and control over costs and revenues. You will professionalize the finance department, lead two finance colleagues, and be an important sparring partner for the executive board and the management team.

First, you will bring structure, control, and financial processes firmly in order. Then, your focus will shift increasingly towards business control: you will improve management information, analyze returns, and advise on investments and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and professionalize the finance department
• Ensure reliable financial figures and efficient processes
• Shift focus towards business control: improve management information, analyze returns, and advise on investments and efficiency
• Lead and mentor two finance colleagues
• Act as a sparring partner for the executive board and management team

Requirements

• HBO or WO degree in Finance & Control or Business Economics
• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of process optimization and control
• Experience in a SaaS company or scale-up is a plus
