About the Position
Head of Fintech Products
As Head of Fintech Products, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, delivery and outcomes of our fintech portfolio - from a new consumer lending platform to the ongoing evolution of established B2B products used by long-term financial-services clients.
This is not a vision-only role. It’s product as a business. You will make decisions, set boundaries and drive measurable results across product, engineering and clients.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
- Own product vision and roadmap across a new consumer lending platform and legacy fintech products for B2B clients
- Balance platform evolution, client needs and commercial reality
- Define clear boundaries between core platform capabilities and client-specific customisations
Client & Commercial Alignment
- Act as a senior product partner for key clients
- Work closely with Account Management and Pre-Sales on product-led proposals, translating client needs into scalable solutions
- Ensure product decisions make commercial sense (cost, margin, long-term sustainability)
Execution & Delivery Leadership
- Lead and develop Product Leads / Product Managers across portfolios
- Drive strong product–engineering alignment: clear problem statements, outcome-based backlogs, explicit trade-offs
- Establish product governance (prioritisation, dependencies, decision frameworks)
Platform & Domain Ownership
- Build strong domain understanding across: consumer lending workflows, credit, risk, underwriting and servicing, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, auditable and fit for regulated institutions
What success looks like (first 3–6 months)
- The new consumer lending platform has clear ownership, roadmap and predictable delivery
- Legacy products continue to evolve without becoming unmanageable
- Clients experience clearer direction and fewer surprises
- Product teams operate with clarity, accountability and commercial awareness
Requirements
- 10+ years in senior product roles within fintech, banking or financial-services software
- Experience owning B2B platforms with multiple enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of consumer lending or credit domains
- Proven ability to balance client commitments, platform strategy and engineering reality
- Experience leading senior product professionals
- Fluent English - you’re comfortable leading discussions, influencing stakeholders and presenting complex topics clearly in an international environment
- Strong leadership presence and calm under pressure
- The ability to influence without relying on hierarchy
- Sound judgment and decision-making in ambiguous situations
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Natural ownership - you don’t wait to be asked when something needs fixing

If you successfully complete the interview and assessment stages, we’ll extend a job offer to you. This offer will include details about compensation, benefits and other pertinent information.
Onboarding
Once you accept our offer, we’ll guide you through our onboarding process which includes orientation sessions, training and introductions to your team and key stakeholders, and assign you a “buddy” to help get you settled.
