About the Position

Head of IT and APCS at Data Center

We are seeking a Head of IT and APCS at Data Center to ensure uninterrupted operation of IT systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Technical support and ensuring uninterrupted operation of:
  • IT systems and services;
  • server equipment and storage systems;
  • network equipment and telecom services;
  • structured cabling system;
  • telephony;
  • employees’ workstations;
  • data center automated dispatch control system (ADCS).
• Operational problems identification and troubleshooting.
• Completion and modernization of systems.
• Participation in in-house projects within your area of responsibility.
• Organization of the department work, personnel management.
• Financial planning for the department.
• Interaction with related units.
• Organization of interaction with external companies within the scope of your official duties.

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • Experience in running IT services based on Microsoft software.
  • Cisco network experience.
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of virtualization systems based on VMware technology.
  • Knowledge of the information security basic principles.
  • Knowledge of the construction principles and experience in the ADCS operation.
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM basic principles.
  • Knowledge of the project management basic principles.

• Secondary Skills:

  • Experience with controllers and SCADA manufactured by Schneider Electric.

• Business Competencies:

  • Ability to comply with corporate standards, policies, and methodologies.
