About the Position

We are seeking a Head of IT and APCS at Data Center to manage IT services, ensure uninterrupted operation, and lead in-house projects.

Responsibilities

Technical support and ensuring uninterrupted operation of:
- IT systems and services;
- server equipment and storage systems;
- network equipment and telecom services;
- structured cabling system;
- telephony;
- employees’ workstations;
- data center automated dispatch control system (ADCS).
Operational problems identification and troubleshooting.
Completion and modernization of systems.
Participation in in-house projects within your area of responsibility.
Organization of the department work, personnel management.
Financial planning for the department.
Interaction with related units.
Organization of interaction with external companies within the scope of your official duties.

Requirements

Core Skills

Experience in running IT services based on Microsoft software.
Cisco network experience.
Knowledge of the basic principles of virtualization systems based on VMware technology.
Knowledge of the information security basic principles.
Knowledge of the construction principles and experience in the ADCS operation.
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM basic principles.
Knowledge of the project management basic principles.

Desired Skills

Experience with controllers and SCADA manufactured by Schneider Electric.
