About the Position
Head of IT and APCS at Data Center
We are seeking a Head of IT and APCS at Data Center to ensure uninterrupted operation of IT systems, server equipment, and network services in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Technical support and ensuring uninterrupted operation of:
- IT systems and services
- Server equipment and storage systems
- Network equipment and telecom services
- Structured cabling system
- Telephony
- Employees’ workstations
- Data center automated dispatch control system (ADCS)
- Operational problems identification and troubleshooting
- Completion and modernization of systems
- Participation in in-house projects within your area of responsibility
- Organization of the department work, personnel management
- Financial planning for the department
- Interaction with related units
- Organization of interaction with external companies within the scope of your official duties
Requirements
Required Professional Competencies
- Experience in running IT services based on Microsoft software
- Cisco network experience
- Knowledge of the basic principles of virtualization systems based on VMware technology
- Knowledge of the information security basic principles
- Knowledge of the construction principles and experience in the ADCS operation
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM basic principles
- Knowledge of the project management basic principles
Desired Professional Competencies
- Experience with controllers and SCADA manufactured by Schneider Electric
Business Competencies
- Ability to comply with corporate standards, policies, and methodologies
