Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to head the Key Account Management function in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Location: Europe (business trips across the EU & UK)

Responsibilities

  • Increase LTV and revenue from key clients
  • Hit retention and growth targets
  • Identify new opportunities for upselling and expansion
  • Negotiate with top-tier B2B clients
  • Oversee client service quality at every stage of the relationship
  • Lead and manage the KAM team: set KPIs, coach, evaluate performance
  • Optimize internal processes and remove operational bottlenecks
  • Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+) and Ukrainian
  • Willingness to travel across the EU and UK
  • 2+ years as a KAM Lead / Head of Account Management
  • Proven experience leading teams in fintech with high-risk clients
  • Strong grasp of B2B client management on international markets
  • Solid background in building and optimizing client service processes
