About the Position
Head of Legal Department
Format: Remote
Location: Cyprus, Europe, Ukraine
An international holding company is looking for an experienced Head of Legal to manage its legal department and support corporate, investment, and tax affairs.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing legal support for the holding company and its subsidiaries
- Advising on corporate structure, registration, and reorganization
- Supporting M&A, investment, and financial transactions
- Coordinating with in-house and external legal advisors, auditors, and regulators
- Assisting with personal tax and legal strategies for HNWI
Requirements
- 5+ years as Head of Legal in an international business or family office, or as a partner in a legal firm
- Expertise in corporate, commercial, and tax law
- LLM from a Top 50 World Law School (preferred)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
