About the Position
Head of Legal (investment fund)
Format: Remote
Location: Cyprus, Europe
An international investment company is looking for an experienced Head of Legal to manage and support corporate, investment, and tax affairs.
Salary: 8,000€ - 15,000€
Responsibilities
- Overseeing legal support for the holding company and its subsidiaries
- Advising on corporate structure, registration, and reorganization
- Supporting M&A, investment, and financial transactions
- Coordinating with in-house and external legal advisors, auditors, and regulators
- Assisting with personal tax and legal strategies for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI)
Requirements
- 5+ years as Head of Legal in an international fund or family office, or as a partner in a legal firm
- Expertise in investment, corporate, commercial, and tax law
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
