Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements
About the Position
We are seeking a Head of Live Commerce (ライブコマース 事業責任者) to lead the launch of our new live commerce business in Japan, providing comprehensive marketing solutions to domestic and international brands.
Live commerce is a rapidly expanding market in the Chinese and Southeast Asian regions, and with the introduction of the TikTok Shop service in Japan this year, the market is expected to grow. Your mission will be to establish this business in Japan by leveraging examples from AnyMind Group's overseas offices.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies, design KGI/KPI, and establish and improve marketing, sales, and operations.
- Assign and promote collaboration with various internal expert teams and stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, budgets, KPIs, and other production and management tasks for your projects and those of your team members.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in live commerce or social commerce, including TTS.
- 2+ years of consulting or business development experience, preferably in the digital marketing field.
- Experience as a project manager.
- Ability to conduct business challenge interviews, propose solutions, and create materials.
- Experience in identifying and proposing business challenges to senior executives or department managers, including negotiation and closing.
- Strong business communication skills (facilitation, presentation, negotiation).
- Emphasis on teamwork and integrity.
- Experience in people and organizational management.
