Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We're looking for a CMO/Head of Marketing to own DigitalSuits' full marketing function, including strategy, execution, and team leadership. You'll drive B2B lead generation, own our content and SEO, and shape how DigitalSuits is positioned in the market. You'll lead a team of designers, content marketers, SEO and link-building specialists, and report directly to the CEO.

This is a role for someone who takes ownership - of strategy, team, and results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy focused on driving revenue growth and increasing inbound leads
  • Identify, test, and scale new growth channels for DigitalSuits
  • Own MQL targets and marketing-sourced pipeline in close collaboration with Sales team
  • Plan and own the marketing budget - ensure efficient allocation
  • Drive performance across all marketing channels - SEO, content, and email marketing
  • Explore and build DigitalSuits' visibility in AI-generated search results (GEO), test what works, measure impact, and scale effective approaches
  • Define DigitalSuits' positioning and messaging for target markets
  • Develop brand awareness across media, community platforms, and web resources
  • Manage and grow DigitalSuits' social media presence across relevant B2B channels
  • Support and coordinate DigitalSuits' participation in international industry events and conferences
  • Lead SEO and GEO strategy and manage ongoing efforts - technical, on-page, off-page, and AI search visibility
  • Oversee the content marketing program: blog, case studies, whitepapers
  • Work closely with the design team on website design, UX improvements, landing pages, and visual assets
  • Conduct market and competitive research, translate insights into strategy, present insights to top management
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using GA, Ahrefs, GSC, and other tools
  • Lead and scale the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Build and maintain a KPI framework and performance review process for the marketing team
  • Drive continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows across the team
  • Integrate AI tools into day-to-day marketing activities to increase team performance and output
  • Work cross-functionally with development and sales teams
  • Manage and brief external teams when required

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing in roles such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Lead in IT outsourcing
  • Proven track record of executing marketing strategies, scaling acquisition channels, and building sustainable organic growth
  • Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ and higher), with strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience owning MQL targets with direct responsibility for marketing performance
  • Experience managing and allocating a marketing budget
  • Experience translating strategy into clear annual and quarterly marketing plans
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling marketing teams
  • Proven experience managing a team of 5+ people
  • Deep expertise in marketing strategy, ICP definition, and competitor analysis
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, PR, social media and SEO (technical SEO knowledge is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), and web analytics (GA4), with the ability to measure and optimize performance
  • Familiarity with paid channels (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, or similar) and how they fit into a broader B2B strategy
  • Strong understanding of core marketing concepts: positioning, customer journey, sales funnel, key messaging, content and media planning, KPIs, and performance analysis
