In connection with the active development, Tamga is looking for a Head of Marketing Department, who will help the company reach new heights and get maximum sales results on the project.

Responsibilities

• Management of the marketing department
• Planning and budget control
• Development and control over the implementation of a promotion strategy across all channels (CPA, direct marketing, SEO, PPC)
• Ensuring the implementation of plans across all channels
• Setting up end-to-end sales analytics
• Search for new marketing channels
• Funnel and product analysis
• Implementation of new solutions to improve the funnel and increase conversions

Requirements

• Head of Marketing experience in the financial niche from 2 years
• Experience in marketing team management and recruitment
• Understanding of the specifics of the work of CPA channels, email/SMS marketing, SEO, and PPC
• Proactivity, ability to work for results
• Experience with bank traffic and traffic resale will be an advantage
• Knowledge of English not lower than upper intermediate
• Knowledge of the Polish language will be a big plus
