About the Position
We are seeking a Head of Media Buying Gambling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the gambling industry and will be responsible for managing arbitrage processes and leading a remote team.
Responsibilities
- Arbitrage process management: Setting up and optimizing Facebook traffic pouring processes.
- Improvement and development of working funnels: Searching for new effective solutions.
- Quality and performance control: Ensuring stable performance of Tier 1–3 teams.
- Independent traffic testing and media buying: Searching for, verifying, and scaling personal funnels.
- Team management: Leading a team of ~5 people within a 50+ structure.
- KPI control: Monitoring team and personal media buying results.
- Reporting: Interaction with Head / CEO, preparation, and delivery of regular reports.
- Implementation of improvements: Scaling the team in a growing company environment.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience: At least 2 years in the gambling industry.
- Practical experience: In Facebook traffic arbitrage, including launching, testing, and optimizing funnels.
- Management experience: Preferably leading a distributed/remote team.
- Understanding of workflow processes: Tier 1–3.
