About the Position
Weltrade is a leading international Fintech innovator with over two decades of stability and trust. Established in 2006, we are committed to providing secure, efficient, and accessible trading solutions in the global FX and online trading market. We operate as a truly global, remote-first team across different time zones, united by a culture of autonomy and shared goals.

Your work will directly contribute to Weltrade’s mission of expanding secure and accessible trading opportunities across high-potential international markets. We are looking for a commercially minded builder who is self-sufficient, comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, and ready to drive measurable impact in a fast-evolving industry.

- Deep understanding of partnership economics, including CPA, Revenue Share, hybrid models, rebates, acquisition funnels, partner segmentation, and regional growth mechanics.
- Strong commercial and analytical expertise with the ability to evaluate partner performance, forecast growth opportunities, assess profitability, and make data-driven decisions.
Nice to Have

We Offer
