About the Position
Our client, the leading energy company in Ukraine, opens a vacancy for the Head of Network Planning and Development Department. This role is pivotal in managing the company's network planning and development, focusing on asset management and the integration of new technologies.
Responsibilities

Asset Management:
- Develop grids target models and development programs.
- Forecast and model grids development.
- Plan grids capacity for connecting new customers, renewable resources, prosumers, and electric refueling services.
- Develop and implement CAPEX and OPEX programs to achieve target indicators of grids development.
- Control and monitor the budget and maintenance program of the grids.

Research of New Technologies:
- Analyze and select new technologies for energy networks, ensuring their support and implementation.
- Collaborate with start-ups and the Innovations Directorate for the development of new technological solutions for distribution companies.
- Cooperate with Ukrainian and European organizations to gain best practices and technologies in the technical grids development sphere.
Requirements
- Higher engineering / technical education.
- Experience in similar positions; experience in building and developing the assets management function.
- Understanding the specifics of energy companies’ work.
- Focus and motivation to work with new technologies.
- English and Russian - upper-intermediate level or above - is a must.
