About the Position
Head of New Business Development Department
Our client, the leading energy company in Ukraine, is opening a vacancy for the Head of New Business Development Department.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of global trends in the development of electricity distribution and supply technologies and their implementation.
- Implementation of projects for adoption of new technologies in distribution companies (smart homes, smart grids, smart grid management applications, digital substations, use of drones for line inspection, etc.).
- Search for cooperation options to adopt new technologies through financial partnerships, attraction of financing funds, etc.
- Coordination of operational improvement; monitoring and methodological support.
- Work with the Innovative Center of the Company.
Requirements
- Higher strategic/economic education (foreign education is preferred).
- Mandatory professional experience in a European electrical engineering company.
- Professional experience as a Strategic Development Director in large consulting companies or in large international holdings.
- Fluent English, Russian - Intermediate.
