Head of New Business Development Department

About the Position

Our client, the leading energy company in Ukraine, opens a vacancy for the Head of New Business Development Department. This role is pivotal in driving strategic development and the implementation of new technologies in electricity distribution.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of global trends in the development of electricity distribution and supply technologies and their implementation.
• Implementation of projects for the adoption of new technologies in distribution companies (smart homes, smart grids, smart grid management applications, digital substations, use of drones for line inspection, etc.).
• Search for cooperation options to adopt new technologies through financial partnerships, attraction of financing funds, etc.
• Coordination of operational improvement; monitoring and methodological support.
• Work with the Innovative Center of the Company.

Requirements

• Higher strategic/economic education (foreign education is preferred).
• Mandatory professional experience in an European electrical engineering company.
• Professional experience as a Strategic Development Director in large consulting companies or in large international holdings.
• Fluent English, Russian - Intermediate.
