About the Position
Head of Operations
We are looking for a high-impact Head of Operations to serve as the connective tissue across our organization. As we scale through significant ARR milestones and AI transformation, the complexity of our internal systems and cross-departmental dependencies has increased. We need a leader who can bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business execution, ensuring our growth remains disciplined and our departments remain synchronized.
This is a role for a "fixer": someone who thrives on ambiguity, excels at resolving high-stakes issues, and has the technical depth to understand a complex SaaS ecosystem.
Role Type: This is a Very Senior Individual Contributor role initially. You will be a high-level strategic operator and "player-coach" who drives results through direct execution and influence.
Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Departmental Synergy: Act as the primary architect for inter-departmental workflows. You will ensure that Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Support operate as a single, cohesive unit, not just communicate.
- Special Projects & Problem Solving: Own high-stakes, complex issues that cross traditional departmental lines and drive them to resolution with speed and excellence.
- Change Management: Lead the operational transition from a high-growth startup to a disciplined scale-up, implementing processes that provide structure without stifling the speed of our entrepreneurial culture.
- Strategic Coordination: Work closely with the executive team to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational roadmaps.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally within high-growth environments.
- Technical Foundation: You must come from a technical background (Engineering or Technical Product Management). You should be able to speak the language of engineers fluently.
- SaaS Operations Experience: Proven track record in a senior operational role within a B2B SaaS environment. You understand the nuances of ARR growth, churn management, and SaaS unit economics.
- Consulting Background (Plus): A background in management consulting is a significant plus, bringing structured problem-solving and executive-level communication skills.
- Tech Stack Mastery: You are a power user of modern SaaS tools and possess the ability to evaluate, implement, and automate workflows across different platforms.
- Bias for Excellence: You have a low tolerance for mediocrity. You aim for world-class standards in everything from internal documentation to executive-level reporting.

- Comfort with Ambiguity: You don't need a playbook; you enjoy writing it. You remain calm and logical when faced with high-intensity, undefined challenges.
- Outgoing & Persuasive: This is not a "behind-the-desk" role. You are an extroverted communicator who can build rapport quickly, navigate internal politics, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Direct & Efficient: You value "straight-to-the-point" communication. You can synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs for the leadership team.
