Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a Head of People Management to lead our HR team across international locations, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead People Partners Team across international locations
    • Build and develop team; set goals, monitor workload, ensure quality execution
    • Provide training and professional development
    • Work with HR metrics; make data-driven personnel decisions
  • Strategic Projects:

    • Drive continuous improvement of existing HR processes and systems
    • Lead implementation of grading system
    • Initiate updates in HR policies and processes
    • Maintain and enhance automated HR processes
  • Analytics & Insights:

    • Identify performance gaps and cost inefficiencies through data analysis
    • Provide C-level with critical people statistics and trends
    • Deliver recommendations for strengthening employer brand
    • Monitor organizational structure effectiveness
  • Partnership & Collaboration:

    • Train line managers on HR processes
    • Partner with C-level leaders on HR quality and business impact
    • Align HR strategy with business objectives
    • Resolve issues impacting business performance

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading and managing HR teams of at least 15 direct reports within a fast-paced, online business environment with a workforce of 2000+ employees. Experience in scaling HR operations to support rapid growth is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and current industry trends.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working within the IT industry or a technology-focused environment is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Russian or Ukrainian language C1 and above
  • Fluent English
