About the Position
We're seeking a Head of Procurement (Steel) to lead procurement operations for a leading steel manufacturer in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop Team Capabilities: Lead a team of 5.
- Lead the Procurement Function: Direct and oversee all procurement operations and strategies across the organization.
- Establish Procurement Frameworks: Design, implement, and enforce robust procurement policies to ensure high compliance across all departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Procurement or similar role in the steel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
We Offer
- Competitive salary: S$9,000 - S$11,000 per month
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonus (VB)
