Head of Product

Salary: $175k – $225k + 0.5% – 2.0% equity

Location: San Francisco, United States (Hybrid) or Remote (Canada)

We help over 11,000 therapists every day by automating administrative tasks, allowing them to focus more on their clients. Our mission is to give therapists time back with their families by automating everything but the therapy itself.

Responsibilities

Own Product Strategy and Roadmap: Decide where we focus, in what order, and what we say no to.
Design the Platform: Plan how notes, marketing, billing, and insurance fit together, and how we package and price them.
Set Product Processes: Define how we decide what to build, write specs, test before shipping, and measure what worked.
Collaborate with CTO: Make trade-offs between new features and fixing existing issues.
Set Product Targets: Define and report on targets for adoption, retention, and revenue per customer.
Stay Close to Customers: Talk to therapists weekly, own support, and turn feedback into fixes.
Build Privacy into Products: Work with the CTO to ensure compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, PIPEDA, PHIPA, and Quebec's Law 25.
Help CEO Tell the Product Story: Assist in communicating our vision to investors as we head toward our Series A.
Hands-on Work: Write specs, design flows with AI tools, and contribute to small pull requests.

Requirements

7+ years of Product Management Experience: At least 2 years leading product at a startup or as part of a founding team.
Product Strategy and Results Ownership: Proven experience in setting a product strategy and owning the results.
Designing Growing Products: Experience in designing how a growing product fits together, including packaging and pricing.
Collaboration with Leadership: Experience working side by side with a CEO and an engineering lead.
AI Native: Daily use of AI tools and experience in integrating them into product development.
UX Eye: Ability to make complicated things feel simple.
Hands-on Attitude: Willingness to do the work yourself, including writing specs, designing flows, and contributing to pull requests.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Preferred: Located in San Francisco and able to work hybrid.
Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare, mental health, or another regulated industry.
