Responsibilities

As Head of Product & Design at Frenda, you will lead the team of product owners, business analysts, and designers, and have a central role in how we develop our product forward. You are responsible for the roadmap, priorities, and working methods within product and design, from idea to launch.

Frenda is in a phase where we are growing rapidly while our customers' expectations are high. This places high demands on clear priorities, close collaboration, and leadership that creates focus and long-term vision.

The role combines strategic responsibility with close collaboration in everyday work. You will create clarity in direction and priorities, develop the team, and ensure that we build a user-centered and competitive product. You are a key player with broad organizational understanding, where you drive structure and quality in product development.

In this role, you will:

Own and develop the process for the product roadmap and ensure that priorities are clear and anchored across the entire product
Lead an experienced team in product and design, and contribute to creating focus and direction in an organization with high ambitions
Further develop working methods, processes, and forums for product management
Drive a data-driven and user-centered approach
Promote collaboration throughout the product and business chain

Requirements

Have several years of experience in product development and leadership in a product company, preferably within SaaS
Have led and coached product owners and designers and know how to create the conditions for a team to succeed
Are accustomed to working user-centered and data-driven, with a clear link between insights and decisions
Can combine strategic thinking with operational support and create clarity in goals, priorities, and expectations
Have experience in coordinating and driving cross-functional work throughout the product and business chain
Have experience with complex deliveries, preferably in the public sector or regulated industries such as MedTech

Frenda was founded in Stockholm in 2017 and today has 90 engaged employees with expertise in both dentistry and IT. We develop journal and image management systems for dentistry. Our systems are used by more than a thousand dental clinics throughout Sweden.
